Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ACSYOM’s client base and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor ACSYOM’s services to meet their specific needs.
  • Proactively seek and secure consulting and staff contracting opportunities, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire skilled professionals to fulfill client’s staffing requirements.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and high performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably within the analytics or AI industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and a demonstrated ability to generate new business leads and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of the staffing industry, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategies.
