We are currently collaborating with a marketing agency in their quest for a Director of Data Science. This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. In this position, you will have the responsibility of supervising a team of Data Scientists who are dedicated to supporting client requirements and assisting the sales team in enhancing client businesses.
EXPERIENCE:
- Exceptional leadership skills, including prior team management experience.
- Comfortable engaging with clients, addressing challenging Data Science inquiries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crafting models for targeted marketing across various channels.
- A strong grasp of predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience in the testing and validation of model performance.
- Proficiency in developing Marketing Mix Models (MMM).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- 10+ years of pertinent work experience.
- Proficiency in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Familiarity with Big Data distributed systems (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, etc.).
This is a fully remote position, offering competitive benefits. The base salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, with the potential for a bonus. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders to be considered.
